Pegasus Coffee Releases Bainbridge Summer Blend, Expands Cold Brew Production

June 30th, 2022

Bainbridge Island, WA- Pegasus Coffee announces the release of its latest seasonal coffee, the Bainbridge Summer Blend.

Building on the popularity of its other seasonal releases, Autumn Harvest Blend and Holiday Blend, this release is Pegasus’ first designed with cold brew in mind. It’s as refreshing as a summer day on Bainbridge Island.

Featuring coffee beans from Colombia, Sumatra and Ethiopia, the new blend is roasted Medium-Light with balanced notes of berries, stone fruit and chocolate. It’s versatile and delicious any way it is brewed – hot or cold – though it’s especially good cold.

The launch of Bainbridge Summer Blend also marks a milestone in Pegasus’ growing Cold Brew program. Concurrent with the launch, Pegasus will begin offering ready-to-pour cold brew for the first time to wholesale customers, in both 5 gallon kegs and 1 gallon jugs. To learn more about Pegasus’ wholesale offerings, customers can access the Wholesale section of the company’s website, or send an inquiry to info@pegasuscoffee.com.

The new signature Bainbridge Summer Blend will also be available in bags and on tap as Cold Brew all summer long at the company’s flagship location The Pegasus Coffee House on Bainbridge Island, and can be ordered online at www.pegasuscoffee.com.
