An organically grown heirloom variety- this coffee is some of the best to come out of the Chiapas region in Mexico.
Medium roasted to perfection, it makes a flavorful, medium-bodied cup. Tasting notes include chocolate, cinnamon raisin and mandarin orange.
Produced by Enjambre Cafetalero, a cooperative society located in the region known as the “La Franja de Oro” or “the Golden Belt” of coffee on the borderlands with Guatemala, this coffee is proudly grown and carefully processed.
